Q: What's the deal with the "Free" stickers and stuff?
A: There are three ways to get free stickers:
1. Place an order by mail, phone, or online. Every order gets at least one freebie, maybe more!
2. Fill out a survey (comes with each order) and send it with a self addressed stamped envelope to:

3. Make a donation of any size though our “Spare Change the World” link. We will pass it on.

Q: Are my online transactions secure?

A: YES! We take security very seriously. Protecting our customer's information is of the highest priority for us. All online transactions are handled with industry-standard 128 bit Security Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL software ensures that unauthorized parties cannot view your personal information, including your credit card number, address, and phone number, as it is sent over the internet. Right now we use Paypal online (look for the address line to read "https://..." and you know it's secure! We use National Bankcard for credit card orders over the phone or by mail.

Q: What method of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover over the phone and by mail order.

Q: Can I pay by mail?
A: Yes, we accept orders by mail with a personal check, money order or credit card. To pay by mail, use the "Mail Order Form" HERE. To complete your order; print this form, fill it in and mail it along with your payment to Peacemonger.org 1101 Pine Ct. Lemoore, CA 93245. Call if you have any questions at all: (559) 799 8801.

Q: I ordered the wrong size shirt. Do you have instructions on how to exchange shirts (customer error situation)?
A: Yes. Simply send to me a self addressed stamped envelope (with minimum of $2.50 postage) with your shirt to me at:

Include a note with your shipping address and other info, suggestions, strawberries, whatever. I'll send the new shirt asap.
I may throw in another free sticker!

Q: I received the wrong size shirt. Do you have instructions on how to exchange shirts (Peacemonger error situation)?
A: Yes. We try for perfection but mistakes will happen. Follow the instructions above minus the postage. I'll send your replacement
and will definitely include another free sticker (of your choice if you indicate on the note with your address/info etc.)

Q: Do you share personal information with others?
A: Absolutely not! We will not sell or rent any of your personal information to anyone at anytime, period! Neither will we submit to the NSA, or other government agency demanding to see your info without a warrant...We'd rather be sent to Camp Delta than to share our personal info! On our Mail Order Form, we ask for your email address and telephone number in case there is any problem with your order.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Some orders can go out the same day or next day. We ship at least once a week. If your item is out of stock we need to know if you prefer refund, backorder (up to 2 wks wait) or a substitute (we may ship a “Coexist” shirt in your size if we are backordered on your shirt choice.) You can re-order or exchange. Orders are shipped via US Postal Service and will normally arrive in four to ten business days. If you have not received your order on time or have any questions, please e-mail us at jjaspar@msn.com.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping in the US starts at only $2.50 for button, bumper sticker and decal orders. Bulkier and heavier items like mugs, caps, shirts and hoodies runs $3.50 each item. (6 mugs costs us about $20 for US Priority Mail for example.) Call if you have any questions. We are still working out the shipping/handling bugs on Paypal, so if we ask for a small donation after your order, your consideration is appreciated!

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: Only if you live in California, and it's 8.75% Ouch!

Q: How do I return an item?
A: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at jjaspar@msn.com and follow up with a phone call to (559) 799 8801 to request a verbal return authorization. If the reason for return was your error, you pay the shipping by sending me a US Priority or sufficient First Class postage on a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope, and include the offending item. Send it to: Peacemonger.org 1101 Pine Ct. Lemoore, CA 93245. If I made the error, just return the item to me I will send the corrected order including multiple extra freebies. Return items must be in new condition. Credit will be give less our shipping charges.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: If for any reason you're not satisfied or your situation calls for a refund, partial or whole, send your order within 15 days to: Peacemonger Refunds, 1101 Pine Ct., Lemoore, CA 93245. We'll reimburse you for the items returned in good condition, and your return shipping cost. No refunds provided for our shipping/handling charges. Sorry, it's just C.O.D.B.

Q: Do you do wholesale and bulk orders?
A: Yes, we sell wholesale to qualified customers and will provide additional discounts for bulk orders for non-profit organizations. Our wholesale link is useful, but may not be up to date for selection purposes. (And it can take a while to load!) Feel free to craft a wholesale order with me by calling me at (559) 799 8801. Q: Do you pay for ideas, graphics or artwork?
A: I will look at anyone's artwork or suggestion for a sticker/button. If we use it, we'll give you the choice of taking $100 or 10% of the first run in stickers (100 stickers for you!) If your work becomes a phenomenon, we will enact a mutually beneficial agreement. As long as everyone is happy and communicative, we are happy!

Q: How can we show our support for Peacemonger and the causes you support?
A: You can support us by buying something from our store. Unlike CafePress, Victory Store and other large commercial sites that also market GOP gear, we are a small "cottage" business marketing what we believe in; items that support and advocate only progressive, liberal and democratic positions. We contribute a portion of the proceeds to various progressive organizations, veterans groups, political causes and the independent media. See our FUNDRAISING Link for more info.

Q: Can I get a quantity discount?
A. Only on Peacemonger original shirts, stickers, decals, buttons, etc. Call to inquire: (559) 799 8801. Minimum order is $150. You can order online through the “Wholesale” link, or we can help you customize an order. First time buyers get special introductory pricing! Credit cards are required for initial orders.

Q: I ordered a lot of shirt styles and sizes. What if you don't have one of my choices in stock? A: Here is our goal: Ship orders ASAP, and as complete as possible. If we are out of your shirt and it is due within a week's time, we likely will wait till it comes in to send the rest of the order. (The more the delay, the more free stickers we send you.) If we don't see your item is coming in any time soon, we will either sub a similar design/size/or color, or give you a partial refund. You will be asked by email. Sometimes we don't hear back soon enough and send the order out with the sub item. If satisfied - please check back as we will likely get your originally requested item back in stock within two weeks. If you don't like our choice/sub items, we will either refund or exchange to make you as happy as we can.

Q: What if I don’t want the substitute you send me?
A: I’ll gladly exchange it or refund. In either case I’ll offer free stickers and buttons as tokens of peace!

Q: Do you guys have a catalog?
A: Sorry, we don't. Everything we sell is posted on our website and updated as often as possible. We suggest you print out your own of the pages you like best. We plan to have a color catalog available by spring 2008.
